Q. How do I pay for my advertising?
A. Payment is made online, via secure server, using Mastercard or Visa.
Q. Do you design the banner?
A. Our prices do NOT include the design/creation of a banner, we can design a banner if required as a separate service. Please email us for a quotation.

Q. What are the dimensions, format & copy details?
A. The dimensions are 468 x 60 pixels, gif, jpg & most other formats accepted and 25KB or under.

Q. Where will my banner ad appear?
A.Banner advertising will be shown either on one or more specified city directories (City Banner Advertising) or across the entire Canada City Network, for a period of 3 months.
Q. What's best, City or National advertising?
A.City Banners are given priority, if a City Banner is available it will be shown first, National Advertising will usually get shown less frequently on a per city basis, but overall it should even out due to the number of directories. So it really depends on how targeted you need the banner campaign to be.
Q. What statistics do I get?
A. The statistics for your entire campaign will be emailed to you at the end of your advertising term by default. If you wish you can receive up to date stats by email weekly or monthly, throughout your advertising campaign.
Q. I don't have a banner ad, how can I get one?
A. The first place to look should be on your city directory, (see menu on left) under Internet - Web Site Design.
Q. I'm ready to buy an Advertising Campaign, now what happens?
A.Firstly, ensure that you have the banner (image) ready to upload. Then fill in the form, supply us with your banner (via the form) and make payment using your credit card. Ready? Click Here
Q. I've just paid for my banner advertising, now what happens?
A.There will be a slight delay whilst the credit card is authorized, once we receive notification from the credit card processing company (2CheckOut) your banner will be activated.
Q. Do I have to repeat this process each time the advertising term expires?
A.Yes, if you wish to pay for a longer term please email us.

Q. I already have a banner ad and want to change/update it?
A.Login to the customer services section, edit your banner details and save the changes.
