Q. How do I pay for my Business Listing?
A. Payment is made online, via secure server, using Mastercard or Visa.
Q. What if I am not located in the city that I wish to be listed in?
A. Sorry, you cannot be listed unless you have a physical presence (address and/or telephone) in the relevant city.
Q. Why can't I just provide an email address?
A. Firstly, we would strongly advise you not to openly publish your email address as it will be harvested by bots and used to spam you, secondly if your site goes down then your customers can still contact you directly rather than contacting us, we cannot offer customer services due to the sheer numbers involved.
Q. Where will my Business Listing appear?
A.At the time of ordering you will be asked to specify a City directory - Section - Category, where your listing will appear. If you require more than one listing this can only be done from within the clients area (Login details will be sent after you have purchased the initial listing).
Q. Can I be listed in more than one category?
A. Yes, but only one Business Listing initially, this allows you to login as a customer, you can add more from your control panel.
Q. My Business Listing has disappeared?
A.Obsolete listings are removed by default, at which point you will be contacted and asked to update your details, if we don't hear back from you within 7 days your Business listing will be deleted.
(obsolete websites are often bought up and parked (pointed to another site) by porn sites and other undesirables that we would not otherwise list on our directory).
Q. I've filled in the form, now what happens?
A. After payment has been made you will be sent an electronic receipt, your Business Listing will be active (shown on the directory) from that point onwards.
Q. Do I have to repeat this process each year?
A. No, your credit card will automatically be charged, and your Business Listing will renew itself by default. You will receive an email with an opt out link about a week before the renewal date. You are not obligated to continue your Business Listing (see price freeze), this just cuts down on the admin for both of us. If your card reaches it's expiry date you will be prompted to update your details, likewise if your details become obsolete we will email the contact we have on file. (see obsolete listings)
Q. I already have a Business Listing and want to change/update it?
A. Login to the customer services section, edit your Business Listing details and save the changes. Click Here
Q. I have numerous locations in the city do I have to pay for each?
A. No, it doesn't matter how many locations are involved as we will link to your contact page where multiple addresess in a city exist.
Q. I've heard about a price freeze. Do your prices go up each year?
A. Whilst our prices will go up in conjunction with the volume of traffic that our sites get, existing Business Listing customers are guaranteed a price freeze. The original purchase price remains unchanged each year for as long as you are listed with us.
Q. I'm ready to buy a Business Listing, now what happens?

A. There will be a slight delay whilst the credit card is authorized, once we receive notification from the credit card processing company (2CheckOut) your Business Listing will be activated.
Q. I run a non-profit organization, do I still have to pay for my listing?
A. No, non-profit organizations can place a reciprocal link back to us, email us stating the location (webpage) of the link. We will contact you shortly.
Q. How do I get a Banner Ad like the one at the top of the page?
